Over the past couple of weeks I worked on a new webpage for Moose, the analysis platform. You can find it at: moosetechnology.org (of course, based on Pier)

Many things have changed since the previous version, but the one I would like to talk about is the ad-like animation that can be seen on the main page of Moose.

I was asked several times where the Moose logo comes from and why was it necessary to create new and perhaps awkward looking letters.

Moose is all about analysis, and analysis is all about discovering the individual pieces and the way they fit together. I wanted the logo to capture this idea. This short 54” movie tries to tell this story through an animation.
